I founded Griffin Service as the air conditioning and heating company I wanted to hire, but couldn't find. Griffin Service is capable of designing and properly installing AC systems and ductwork able to overcome all of coastal Florida's unique hot weather and humidity challenges affordably. Customized air conditioning and heating systems are our specialty, and we refuse to settle for a cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all approach.

DEHUMIDIFIERS
We live in a subtropical climate where it’s the “air you wear.” Your AC system can help dehumidify when it operates to cool your home, but it’s not a dehumidifier. On cooler days when humidity is still high, you want to keep your home dry and comfortable instead of sticky and damp. We’ve got several whole-house dehumidifiers to take care of any situation.
ATTIC INSULATION
Inadequate attic insulation can contribute to a bunch of issues in your home including higher energy bills, excess noise from outside, and, worst of all, rooms that are difficult or even impossible to cool down. We offer several attic solutions from simply topping off your insulation to increase your R-value, all the way up to a complete attic renovation.

The number one problem we encounter in AC systems is low airflow. In fact, over two-thirds of the systems we test suffer from low flow. Airflow is critical because it’s actually the thing that cools or heats your home. If your airflow ain’t right, likely nothing else will be either.
