Called Griffin Service to connect gas line to indoor fireplace. Charles Jammes did a great job. He ran the line along the house and under the paver patio. Everything was put back into place.Fireplace logs were a little challenging to get started. Charles spent the extra time to make sure the fireplace was up and running.

They completed a full re-piping of my guest bathroom in one day and even put the dirt back in so we were ready to do new concrete and finish this bathroom up. Hire these guys to do a job and the employee they sent didn’t know what he was doing and lied about his experience and the company still charge us $200 but god will handle it. Hired Griffin service to address a small water leak around the commode and advised them a area on one side of the toilet was weak. Matthew was sent to review the problem and provided an estimate to repair the situation. I was advised that the toilet would have to be removed to determine the damage but it appears minor. The technician failed to advise me that the floor was more damaged than thought and proceeded to install the new toilet purchased. He was not able to secure the base of the new toilet so I requested the old one returned as found. (There was no problem with the toilet other than to determine the source of the water leak) It's much more to this story but just beware of unqualified workers who will try to complete a job just to get paid. When it was asked how to resolve, the worker said he didn't know what to do 😞. Wrong answer for the price quoted. What bothers me is that he was not skilled enough to know when a task can't be completed as promised. Should have spoken up before opening and assembling the new ada toilet that he couldn't put down. Now I can't return a partially put together toilet. I'm a senior citizen and really felt like he was taking advantage. He advised he had been doing this for 3 years.....still was not ready. The boss is aware of this situation and has not reached out to discuss. I'm planning on getting someone else to access the situation when I recover. Griffin services did not uphold their part of the agreement. Wished I had referenced BBB and Google reviews before hiring. I agree there may be some fake positive reviews out here.... can't always believe those. This one is factual.........I was not in good hands with Griffin services and I don't trust them anymore.

Matthew's intentions were good,but he was a bit inexperienced for this job. He lacked the ability to judge the job. There was a portion of the subfloor that was deteriorating under the toilet. He tried to fix the problem with shems and other forms of quick fixes. He even called a supervisor for advice on how to remedy the problem which is commendable. The problem is knowing how far to go when faced with a complicated issue. His supervisor advised him to go under the house and use 2×6 as support for the flooring. After careful review,we asked him to pull the new commode up and place the old one back in place because it was getting dark,cold,and his supervisor's method would've been too time consuming,exhaustive,and unnecessary. The task should to be fixed in the bathroom,not under the house. When you have an inexperienced person on the job,he/should have a more experienced helper along for assistance. As a supervisor,when an employee calls with a complicated issue,it may be better to come view the problem personally instead of giving improper advice after seeing the situation on a video screen on the phone. Lesson learned on all sides. When asked about what is going on with a particular situation, "I don't know" is honest, but the wrong answer when dealing with paying customers. I'm not blaming Matthew. Effective training and communication is key and it showed today. He is supposed to return to do the job. We ask that you send someone with him to ensure the job is done correct and efficiently. If not feasible,send someone elseHe arrived at 2:55pm. 6pm,the job was still incomplete and that's after he come out yesterday to inspect the job and give an estimate. We still ended up paying $200 down out of $540 on this incomplete job,which is totally unacceptable. We asked him how much experience does he have? He told us 3 years. We asked him does Griffin Services have a carpenter or someone who can assist with this issue? He told us that Griffin Services only does plumbing and HVAC. Griffin Services has done work for us in the past and we never had a problem with them until today. We are not satisfied with Griffin Services.

Griffin Services responded very quickly to our urgent need for a water heater installation. We returned home from our Thanksgiving vacation to no hot water and the circuit breaker having been tripped. We had already purchased a water heater when they were on sale. Dustin was sent out that afternoon and completed the installation in about 2 hours. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Great service!

I was rearranging my garage when I noticed w water seeping through the concrete foundation and baseboard. I called Griffin Services the next day. The customer service rep. was extremely helpful and let me know that Kyle would be my tech. Kyle came out and was knowledgeable and through. Turns out there was a leak in the pipe to my spigot.Although it took some time to figure out. Kyle made a nerve-wrecking experience, a more pleasant one. I will continue to call Griffin Service for my home repair needs.
